Healthcare revenue cycle and data leader joins Overtime to help advance the product roadmap as the company gains market momentum
Miami, FL — Overtime, a voice-first AI platform for billing, collections, and debt recovery, today announced the appointment of Kristine Torres to Collections Product Director, where she will support the development and execution of the company’s collections product roadmap.
Torres brings more than a decade of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, collections, product development, data platforms, and healthcare technology to Overtime. Her deep expertise across early out and bad debt collections, and experience in the design and management of both front-end and back-end products will support the development of Overtime’s leading collections solutions as the company gains customer momentum.
In her recent roles, Torres focused on building data platform capabilities including clinical data ingestion, data quality, and standardization. She notably brought an AI-powered tool to market that was designed to address gaps across fragmented healthcare billing and collections processes. Torres has held management positions at R1 RCM, MedeAnalytics, and Conifer Health Solutions.
