Previously President and Chief Revenue Officer at Capio, he helped scale partnerships across 1000+ provider clients managing over $54B in patient A/R.

Head of Operations

Katie brings more than 20 years of experience across operations, consumer experience, and vendor strategy within regulated receivables. As Chief Experience Officer at a large, scaled debt buyer, she led operational performance with a strong focus on the consumer. Her background spans healthcare and financial services, including technology modernization, vendor strategy, and experience transformation.

Trent brings more than 25 years of experiencein marketing, demand generation, and sales operations. As Chief Marketing Officer at a high-growth healthcare payments and receivables organization, he led demand generation, oversaw events and partnerships, and implemented systems and analytics to manage and scale the sales pipeline.

Harry brings nearly two decades of experience building and scaling high-performing technology sales teams. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales, Americas at Object First, where he built the regional sales organization from the ground up and helped drive the company’s rapid growth ahead of its acquisition by Veeam Software.
